Lowcountry under a tornado watch until Thursday afternoon

A tornado watch was released by the NWS Charleston SC on Thursday at 7:15 a.m. in effect until 1 p.m. The watch is for Allendale, Beaufort, Colleton, Dorchester, Hampton and Jasper counties.
