Omnicom Oceania’s ambitions plans to ditch the creative-media holdco model, reshape structures and capabilities to both go upstream and tackle the wider brand engagement and experience needs of clients, is being actioned through its new Westpac NZ win and a bespoke agency play called Goldilocks. The new agency model takes out several Publicis agencies: Spark Foundry NZ, Digitas NZ and Saatchi & Saatchi NZ.
