Born in the Philippines, David Tupaz accidentally stumbled into the fashion industry after studying interior design. He has since dressed celebrities like Mariel Hemingway and Lady Gaga, and is now the only established fashion designer representing Las Vegas on the global stage. Tupaz hopes to open his own fashion museum to showcase the history of the industry, and has also founded a nonprofit to support aspiring young designers in the city.
