Second suspect arrested in slay of former friend and theft of diamond jewelry in Bronx: cops

A second suspect accused of shooting his former friend dead and stealing his diamond jewelry in a plot that involved placing a tracking device on the victim’s car has been arrested more than a year after the crime, police said.
