One in three Dutch motorists ignored a vehicle safety recall last year, AD reports. The RDW, the Dutch vehicle registration and inspection authority, now wants every car with an outstanding recall repaired. Last year, 400,000 car owners received one or more letters warning of a potentially dangerous defect.
