GN Diamond: Where great prices lead to true partnerships. The diamond source that thousands of jewelers trust.

Just a note to let you know that I will be traveling to the Atlanta Jewelry Show Thursday and then speaking there Friday, and while I’ll try my best to put out a standard newsletter, travel may interfere.

Moreover, The Jewelry Wire will go on its first-ever vacation from Mon., Aug. 23 through Sun., Aug. 30. There will be no newsletter that week, unless something REALLY important happens and I can’t help myself.

Thanks to everyone who reads and subscribes, especially to those who have signed up for the paid tier, which allows you access to all the content we put out, all our archived content, membership in our incredible WhatsApp group, the ability to comment on stories, and—perhaps the best part—no more paywalls, which means you can remove one petty annoyance from your life. There are so many great links below the paywall; I know you’ll get something out of them.

I understand people aren’t used to paying for industry news, and so far I’ve offered most of the content here to all subscribers, but things may get a little tighter after vacation. This is the only industry newsletter that brings you original, independent news every day of the week. Paid subscribers are shelling out less than 50 cents a day. That’s a deal!

Thanks, everyone! I hope to see some of you in Atlanta.
