After nearly 20 years in the fine jewelry business, Niv Ankawa and his wife, Hannah, have opened their own shop in Carmel. Ankawa Fine Jewelry, 110 W. Main St., Suite 120, held a soft opening last month and celebrated its grand opening Dec. 6.
