On the occasion of Dubai Watch Week 2025 (November 19-23), DOXA has released a special SUB 300β (or Beta) edition in a two-tone combination of matte black and cherry red.
Developed in collaboration with Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the new SUB 300 Beta Ceramic ‘Dubai Watch Week 2025’ Special Edition will be produced in a limited run of 11 pieces and will be available exclusively at Ahmed Seddiqi boutiques. In 2023, DOXA had already created a SUB 300β ‘Seddiqi Limited Edition’ featuring a deep ocean-blue mother-of-pearl dial.
Characterised by a sleeker profile and a ceramic bezel while preserving the signature design elements of the SUB 300, the SUB 300 Beta collection joined DOXA’s catalogue in 2024 to complement the other SUB 300 lines.
For this special edition, DOXA combines a matte black ceramic case with a sunburst cherry red dial that plays with light, together forming a striking contrast with the black hands and indexes generously filled with white Super-LumiNova.
The patented unidirectional rotating bezel with dual indication of dive time, engraved tone-on-tone in cherry red, extends the dial’s colour while enhancing the piece’s sporty character.
The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating contributes to excellent legibility.
Measuring 42.5 mm in diameter with a total thickness of just 11.95 mm, the SUB 300 Beta ‘Dubai Watch Week 2025’ combines a pressure-resistant inner container in titanium to protect the movement and a screw-down ceramic crown to ensure a 30 ATM water resistance (equivalent to a depth of 300 metres / 1,000 feet).
The screw-in solid case back, made of titanium and engraved with a sailing boat, protects the COSC-certified automatic movement, operating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) with a power reserve of 38 hours.
