Fashion designer Frances Taylor celebrated the grand opening of her new couture fashion boutique at Grossmont Center in San Diego on February 12th. The boutique, designed by renowned architect Jasko Topalovic, features Taylor’s original couture designs as well as a curated ‘pre-loved’ section offering carefully selected second-hand clothing. The opening event was attended by guests who enjoyed champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and a drawing for a gift box of curated items, won by Ireland Ellwood.
