On Saturday at 1:23 p.m. a tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
