Amazon’s AWS launched a gen AI innovation lab for customers two and a half years ago. Here’s what it’s learned about going from pilot to production

The Generative AI Innovation Center has worked with well over 1,000 customers, including Formula 1, Nasdaq, and GoDaddy. More than 65% of the projects have made it into production.
