Where a motion for class certification has been filed by a plaintiff who alleges that the defendant sold jewelry to him without knowing whether the precious metal content was accurate, that motion should be allowed because certification is proper under Rule 23 of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure and is appropriate under Chapter 93A.
