A local crafter is bringing the art of jewelry-making to Palatka this weekend by offering area residents a chance to make their own personal adornments in the form of necklaces and earrings. Satsuma resident Lori Plair, 71, will teach the class, which will be from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday at Azalea City
