Luxury car maker, dealer ‘hide vehicle’s purchase history’, to pay owner Rs 10 lakh

A Delhi Consumer Commission has held Mercedes-Benz India and T&T Motors guilty of unfair trade practice over a car’s purchase date records and awarded Rs 10 lakh compensation.
