North West firm targets “invisible ” SMEs with £50 bespoke website scheme

Digital Market Stall, an initiative by Noah Resources, will design, host and manage a fully bespoke website for 250 UK small businesses. There is no setup fee, no fixed term contract, and clients pay nothing until they sign off on the finished site.
