OpenAI seals deal in Malta to give all Maltese access to ChatGPT Plus

OpenAI has partnered with Malta to provide free access to ChatGPT Plus for all residents who complete a free AI usage course. The initiative starts in May, marking Malta as the first country to implement such a program.
