Police: Bystander rammed car into Petaluma jewelry store to block armed robbers

A man who happened upon the scene got into the suspects’ idling vehicle and slammed it into Gold Rush Jewelers, damaging a roll-up door and some windows, Petaluma police said Tuesday.
