President Trump’s AI National Policy Executive Order Is an Unambiguous Threat to States Beyond Just AI

The executive order is a legally unjustifiable incursion into the rights of states; will be used to threaten and intimidate states; and does not uphold the administration’s promises to exempt AI child safety or data center laws.
