Secretary of State watches ballot counter testing in Lincoln County

In the month before every statewide election, counties across Nebraska test the machines that count ballots. This week, Nebraska Secretary of State Bob Evnen stopped in Lincoln County to watch that process firsthand at the county courthouse.
