Southeast Pa. placed under a tornado watch until Monday evening

On Monday at 11:30 a.m. a tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 7 p.m. for Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia counties.
