Tornado watch active for Western NY until Saturday evening

A tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 1:24 p.m. valid between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties.
