Irish family sues Montauk yacht owner for $50M over fashion designer Martha Nolan’s death

The family of fashion designer Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra has sued yacht owner Christopher Durnan for $50M, alleging assault and gross negligence in her Montauk death.
