However, I should really caveat this by saying that “It girl” is far too gendered a term. Miu Miu appeals to many, regardless of how you identify, and it celebrates the unique little quirks we possess rather than squashing them in the name of polished luxury. The runways and campaigns often glitter with the faces of stars that not only have deep fan bases but are multi-hyphenates in their own right, which makes them all the more interesting. Emma Corin, Ethel Cain and Mia Goth all strutted down the autumn/winter 2023 runway; Troye Sivan modelled the spring/summer 2024 collection and Gillian Anderson just walked the moss-laden floor of Miu Miu’s autumn/winter 2026 show.
