SL Green has unloaded the Upper East Side home of a high-end French jewelry shop.The prominent real estate firm sold 690 Madison Ave., a 5-story commercial brownstone whose sole tenant is Van Cleef & Arpels, for $54.5 million, it announced Monday. Wharton Properties, a retail landlord that snapped up a 10% stake in the site in late 2024 for $34 million, was also named as a seller.
